Mark Lynam has been managing money since the 1980s. Having carved out a successful track record of investing both in the institutional and family office arenas Mark established icf management limited in 2005. icf acts as a private investment office advising families on asset allocation and manager & fund selection.

Michael Zacharia has more than 20 years of multi-asset portfolio management experience, with a specific focus on asset allocation, manager research and selection. He has designed, constructed and managed bespoke, risk managed portfolios for Ultra High Net Worth families, Private Clients, Charities, and University Endowments.

Andrew Hunt founded Andrew Hunt Economics Ltd in 2001, following a 13 year career within the Asset Management divisions of Dresdner Bank both in the UK and abroad.  Through his company, Andrew advises icf as well as a number of large asset managers, hedge funds, family offices, commercial banks and government agencies on a variety of topics, but specialises in a flow of funds based approach to economic forecasting.
